Kaetlyn Tate joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in June 2026. As a Program Officer, Kaetlyn evaluates funding proposals, supports the implementation of Golden LEAF priorities, and oversees project monitoring and compliance activities. Her work focuses on the Workforce Preparedness priority.
Before joining Golden LEAF, Kaetlyn served as a real estate paralegal for a law firm in Orange County. She also worked on a semester-long Public Policy Senior Capstone project for Golden LEAF, providing research that supported the Foundation’s housing-based funding.
A native of Wake County, Kaetlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from UNC-Chapel Hill. Kaetlyn lives in Cary with her fiance, Bradford.
