If your organization does not have a 501(c)(3) designation, it is not eligible for any Golden LEAF funding opportunities. Newer organizations (with less than 2-3 years of operating experience) are generally not able to demonstrate sufficient operating support and sustainability for Golden LEAF funding. Sustainability and the ability to continue a project beyond the term of a Golden LEAF grant are key considerations for any of the grant programs.
