Flecia Silver joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in June 2023. As Accounting Specialist, Flecia is responsible for providing accounting/financial and human resources assistance. She works closely with the Vice President of Finance.
Before joining Golden LEAF, Flecia worked as an accounting specialist at QVC in Rocky Mount. She began her career at the Nottingham Investment Company as a fund accountant and as a staff accountant for the nonprofit organization Rural Health Group.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Flecia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University and an associate degree in Accounting from ECPI University’s College of Technology. She lives in Edgecombe County with her husband and dog.
