This Golden LEAF grant will allow River City CDC to provide low-income, at-risk youth (ages 16-24) the necessary entrepreneurial tools and leadership skills to plan, start, and manage a small business. Participants will gain knowledge about free enterprise, business and economic development, and workforce readiness.
