The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to the Town of Andrews to extend sewer service along US Highway 19/74 approximately six miles west of Andrews near the communities of Tomatla and Maltby. This corridor has high potential for commercial and residential growth. Golden LEAF funds will be leveraged by over $140,000 committed or expended for the project by the Town of Andrews.
