As a result of Hurricane Matthew, a significant amount of debris is impeding water flow in Rockfish Creek and Little Rockfish Creek in the Town of Hope Mills. The debris buildup poses a significant risk of flooding during heavy rains. This Golden LEAF grant will support removal and disposal of storm debris from these waterways.
