The Town of Tabor City proposes to develop a new apartment complex, Tabor Landing, to help meet the need for affordable housing for residents displaced by Hurricane Matthew. This 48-unit apartment complex will include subsidized rent for low- to moderate-income families. This Golden LEAF grant will enable Tabor City to extend water and sewer to the proposed apartment complex.
