The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to Warren County to support planning efforts for the potential renovation of 2 warehouses at the former Peck Manufacturing Plant just north of Warrenton and establish a Center for Agricultural and Value-Added Enterprise (CAVE). The center would serve as a multi-tenant business campus and resource center specifically for ventures that add value to local natural resource-based products.Project leaders hope to build local supply chains and create jobs in value-added processing distribution of local natural resource-based products.
