Flooding as a result of Hurricane Florence damaged the United Worship Center building. Wind and water damaged the roof of the structure. The church worked with volunteers to complete repairs. Golden LEAF Disaster Recovery Grant Program funds were used to repair the building, including replacement HVAC, carpet/flooring, and other fixed infrastructure.
