This award will allow Tabor City to update an environmental site assessment on and clear and grading a city-owned site in the Tabor City Industrial Park. The work will result in creation of a site that is ready for development. The town expects that its proximity to beach communities will make the site attractive to developers, potentially as a location for warehousing and distribution.
