The goals of this project are to: 1) create an ongoing source of assistance to build the capacity of communities to solve complex community problems inclusively and collaboratively, with a special emphasis on tobacco-dependent communities; 2) strengthen the numbers and capacity of practitioners across North Carolina who work in communities through a process of shared work and ongoing learning; and 3) help communities more easily access the wide array of resources already available in the state to support community-change efforts.
