Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will provide funds to Craven Community College Foundation to purchase industrial robotic equipment for specialized training in advanced robotics and welding. Several companies in Craven County have indicated a need for this training equipment, including BSH Home Appliances Corporation which is introducing a new production line in its dishwasher manufacturing division. This expansion will create 119 positions within the next four years.
