Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will provide funding to the River City CDC to support the development of Renaissance Square Phase I, a business incubator. The incubator space will be made available to new, emerging businesses and existing companies. River City CDC and collaborators such as NC SBTDC, SBC, and the NC Support Center will provide instruction and business support in the areas of bookkeeping, marketing, inventory control and other important business operation practices. The project will leverage funds from Small Business Administration, Select Bank, Wells Fargo and River City Community Development Corporation. Golden LEAF funds will be used for construction and other implementation costs.
