This award provides funding to the Town of Edenton to renovate the second and third floors of the 22,027-square-foot former Edenton Furniture Company to attract Provalus, a business process and IT outsourcing firm. The project is expected to create 61 full-time jobs in three years, with average wages at or above the county average of $46,384, and 155 jobs over five years. Golden LEAF funds will be used to support the renovation and construction of the facility through New Market Tax Credit financing.
