This award provided funding to the Town of Mocksville for Project Shed, which is Liberty Storage Solutions. The company expanded its operations in Mocksville onto property adjacent to its current location making an investment of over $5.5 million. The company will create 50 new jobs with average annual wages of $47,500, plus benefits. Golden LEAF funds were used for part of the cost to extend a public road to serve the company’s new location. Other funders of the road include the NCDOT and the Town of Mocksville.
