More than six feet of water had inundated the Pollocksville Baptist Church as a result of Hurricane Florence. The church fellowship hall, kitchen, and classrooms were damaged. Approximately two feet of water had flooded the parsonage as well. Golden LEAF Disaster Recovery Grant Program funds reimbursed the church for completed repairs and enabled the completion of the parsonage repairs.
