The purpose of this grant was to provide North Carolina State University’s Friday Institute (NCSU-FI) with funding to continue technical assistance and coaching support for new and existing district leadership teams that are initiating digital learning initiatives at the school and district levels. The project utilized the Golden LEAF Grantee Capacity Building Model to assist local education agencies with building a sustainable foundation to infuse technology-rich instructional practice into teaching and learning. Funds were used to support experienced coaches who assisted 15 Golden LEAF grantees as they implemented digital learning and supported structured peer-to-peer learning opportunities for leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and sustained practice.
