This award provides funding to Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, Inc. for medical equipment and construction costs for a 2,366 square foot expansion of the Northern Rowan Health Center located in Spencer. The expansion will allow for pharmacy, behavioral health, urgent care, and expanded medical services at the center. The project will create seven new jobs with an average annual wage over $60,000.
