This award will allow the Martin County Economic Development Economic Development Corporation to complete due diligence analyses of the undeveloped 119 acres at the NC Rail & Commerce Park, which is the only publicly marketed site in the county. The EDC believes the park could attract companies that would create at least 50 new jobs and $10 million in investment.
