This award provided funding to the Town of Nashville to rough grade the 8-acre Lot 3 in the Nashville Business Center. The town anticipates that successful industry recruitment will result in 45 new jobs paying $48,000 in average annual wages and $35 million in private capital investment. The Town of Nashville, in partnership with Nash County, broke ground a 40,000 sq. ft. shell building on Lot-3 in the Nashville Business Center in July 2024. The shell building construction has an anticipated completion date of March 2025.
