Description:

This award will allow the Town of Nashville to complete due diligence on and grub and clear two lots in the Nashville Business Center. The lots total nearly 15 acres. The town expects that the project will create 45 full-time jobs, averaging $48,000 annually, and $35 million in private capital investment.
