Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist Eastern Carolina Vocational Center (ECVC) with the purchase of equipment and building renovations directly related to an expanded contract with the U.S. Dept. of Defense Supply Center in Richmond,VA. ECVC will become the largest supplier of commercial non-rechargeable batteries to the military. The project will create 33 new full-time jobs.
