The purpose of this grant is to assist The Center for Economic Empowerment & Development with the expansion of their existing micro-lending program. The organization has been in existence for 21 years and started its Microenterprise Development Program in 2008. Golden LEAF funds will be used to expand the loan pool and assist the organization to become an SBA intermediary.
