Men and Women United for Youth and Families is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 2006 to serve Bladen, Columbus, Brunswick and New Hanover counties. The organization operates a job center, food bank, resource referral program, and youth job training. Funding awarded from the NC Hurricane Florence Relief Fund will be used for case managers and survivor assistance including housing assistance, home repair, replacement personal property, and utility assistance.
