Description:

Damage caused by Hurricane Matthew affected the City of Havelock’s ability to maintain McCotter Canal, and, unless repaired, threatens to further impede access to the canal and two water supply wells. This Golden LEAF grant will enable the city to stabilize the canal banks and reconstruct the access road to repair damage.
