This grant provided funding to Edgecombe Community College to upgrade training equipment that is housed in the college’s Center for Innovation on the Tarboro campus. The Center was constructed with Connect NC Bond funds. Golden LEAF funds were used to purchase robotic and process control equipment to enable advanced manufacturing programs to meet current industry standards and skills requirements.
