This award provides funding to Westbridge Vocational Inc. (WBV) to expand its manufacturing footprint to secure and sustain a larger share of the medical supply market. WBV has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing. This award will allow WBV to review its processes to streamline and become more efficient and enable it to retain current contracts and secure new contracts. WBV’s expansion will help meet the expected increase in product demands, create 25 additional positions at an average annual wage of $37,000, and retain the current 35 employees. Golden LEAF funds will be used for construction, machinery and equipment, and engineering services.
