This award provided funding to the Town of Louisburg for clearing, grubbing, rough grading of a portion of the Louisburg Commerce Park. The Town received nearly $2.5 million from the North Carolina Department of Commerce Industrial Development Fund to support acquisition and development of the park. Golden LEAF funding helped to make the park market ready.
