As a result of Hurricane Matthew, a significant amount of debris is impeding water flow in creeks and streams within unincorporated Cumberland County. The debris buildup creates a significant risk of flooding during heavy rains. This Golden LEAF grant will support removal and disposal of storm debris from Rockfish Creek and Little Rockfish Creek and other priority streams.
