The Salvation Army worked with the Departments of Social Services in Wayne and Sampson, as well as the Wayne County Long-term Recovery Group, to identify individuals and families needing assistance. Funding awarded from the NC Hurricane Florence Relief Fund was used to provide rental and utility assistance.
