Description:

The purpose of this Golden LEAF grant is to support North Carolina State University, in collaboration with The NC Department of Agriculture, in implementing an entrepreneurial assistance program targeting individuals interested in developing value-added agricultural enterprises. Funds are to be used to create a train-the-trainer curriculum/certification process, initiate training, and develop an informational centered network of first responders that will provide technical and business development information through a website.
