Description:

This award provides funding to City of Fayetteville to conduct due diligence on approximately 172 acres and upgrade a sewer lift station that will serve the city-owned site that is co-located with the Fayetteville Regional Airport. With the additional sewer capacity, the city will also be able to extend sewer lines to properties located to the south of the airport. Due diligence to be completed with Golden LEAF funds include a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and an Initial Historical, Archaeological and Cultural Resource Review that meet requirements described in the Golden LEAF SITE Program.
