This award funded Halifax County to conduct due diligence on approximately 250 acres at Enfield Industrial Park. Golden LEAF funds were used for a Detailed Wetland and Stream Delineation, Buildable Area Summary Map, and Water System Flow Analysis to requirements described in the Golden LEAF SITE Program.
