This award provides funding to Jacksonville-Onslow Economic Development Partnership to conduct Golden LEAF approved due diligence analyses on approximately 35 acres at Corbett Ave and Belgrade-Swansboro Road in west Swansboro. All due diligence must meet requirements described in the Golden LEAF SITE Program.
