This award provides funding to Caldwell County to conduct site preparation on approximately nine acres within the Evergreene Industrial Park. The county expects the project to create 100 new, full-time jobs with an average annual wage of $50,083. The project also expects to generate $7,500,000 in private capital investment. Golden LEAF funds will be used for due diligence and construction.
