This award provides funding to Scotland County to construct an approximately 30,000 square foot shell building, expandable to 60,000 sf, located at the SCEDC Incubator Park. The county anticipates that completion of the building would result in $2,367,642.00 in public infrastructure investment, $1,500,000.00 in private capital investment, and the creation of 25 new jobs with an average annual wage of $45,116.00. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, site work, and construction of the shell building.
