Description:

This award provides funding to Scotland County to construct an approximately 30,000 square foot shell building, expandable to 60,000 square feet, located at the SCEDC Incubator Park. The county anticipates that completion of the building would result in $2,367,642 in public infrastructure investment, $1,500,000 in private capital investment, and the creation of 25 new jobs with an average annual wage of $45,116. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, site work, and construction of the shell building.
