This award provides funding to Scotland County to construct an approximately 30,000-square-foot shell building, expandable to 60,000 square feet, located at the SCEDC Incubator Park. The county anticipates that completion of the building would result in $2,364,692 in public infrastructure investment, $1,500,000 in private capital investment, and the creation of 25 new jobs with an average annual wage of $42,00. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, site work, and construction of the shell building.
