The objective of the Institute is to help nonprofit organizations in tobacco-dependent counties build capacity by providing them with meaningful instruction on how to strengthen the infrastructure of their organizations through improving the operations of their boards of directors, conducting successful fundraising campaigns and developing effective strategic plans.
