In July, the Golden LEAF Foundation welcomed Jacqueline Smith, Senior Program Officer.

In her role, Smith manages awarded grants and participates in various program-related activities and special projects, collaborating with the Senior Vice President/General Counsel and the Vice President/Chief of Staff.
Smith has over 15 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar grants in healthcare and education, including private universities and the Ivy League.
Smith holds a Doctorate in Education from Gardner-Webb University, a double master’s degree in Health Administration and Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. Smith is a native of Cameron and currently resides in Garner.
