Onslow Community Outreach (OCO) provides social services and healthcare to disadvantaged populations in Jacksonville. Wind-driven rain during Hurricane Florence damaged the Morgan Building, which is owned and operated by OCO. Golden LEAF Disaster Recovery Grant Program funds were used to repair the damage to the roof and the building interior.
