This grant provides funding to North Carolina Global Transpark (NCGTP) for water and sewer infrastructure to support an expansion of Fleet Readiness Center East to the NCGTP, where it will locate a facility to service C130 aircraft and military helicopters. The project will create 444 jobs by the end of 2031 paying average annual wages of $72,724 compared to the Lenoir County average of $48,512.
