This award provides funding to the Town of La Grange to upsize and extend water infrastructure to serve a 60-acre town-owned site at the corner of Hwy 903 and N Charles Street. The town anticipates that successful industry recruitment to the site could result in $24 million in private capital investment and the creation of 100 new jobs paying an average annual wage of $41,142.
