Debbie Pennington joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in November 2008. As Grant Administration Specialist, Debbie is responsible for assisting grantmaking and grant monitoring activities and processing applications. She works closely with senior management and performs duties related to Programs and administration.
Before joining Golden LEAF, Debbie served in human resources for workforce staffing companies. She also worked as a retail sales manager.
A native of Nash County, Debbie holds a degree in business from Nash Community College.
