Arianna Kidder joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in October 2024. As the Data Manager, Arianna supports the management of Golden LEAF’s grant award data and Scholarship Program data. She also analyzes data and offers insights and recommendations to inform decisions. Arianna works closely with Program and Scholarship staff to maintain accurate records.
Arianna began her career as a high school teacher in Atlanta as a Teach for America Corps Member. She then spent many years supporting schools and nonprofit organizations to leverage their data for strategic decision-making and transformative impact.
Originally from California, Arianna holds a master’s degree in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Global Development Studies and Economics from the University of Virginia. Arianna lives in Raleigh with her husband and two sons.
