Erica Smith

Erica Smith, CPA, joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in 2022. As the Vice President of Finance, she oversees all financial accounting and human resource activities of the Foundation.

Prior to joining the Golden LEAF Foundation, Erica was Senior Vice President – Financial Reporting Manager at a community bank in NC. She began her career with KPMG in Raleigh.

Erica is a North Carolina native and currently lives in eastern North Carolina with her husband and two children. She is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting degree. She is a member of the NCACPA and the AICPA.
