Debbie Pennington joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in 2008. As administrative assistant, Debbie assists programs staff with grantsmaking and grant-monitoring activities, processes proposals, and coordinating outreach meetings, events and site visits. She also assists senior management and performs other related programs and administrative duties. Prior to working at Golden LEAF, Debbie worked for 15 years in human resources for workforce staffing companies and as a retail sales manager for 10 years.
