Golden LEAF welcomes new Program Officer

On May 9, 2022, the Golden LEAF Foundation welcomed a new Program Officer, Kimberly Ingram.

“We are excited for Kimberly to join the team to help carry out the mission of Golden LEAF,” said Scott T. Hamilton, Golden LEAF President, Chief Executive Officer. “Kimberly’s skills and expertise in quality control and grants program management will be an asset to the Foundation’s work.”

Program officers evaluate funding proposals, support the implementation of Golden LEAF priorities, and provide oversight for project monitoring and compliance activities.

Before joining the Foundation, Ingram was the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Program Assistant at Halifax Community College. She is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and has served as an adjunct instructor teaching human services courses at Halifax Community College.

Ingram is a native of Halifax County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University and a Master of Arts in Human Services from Bellevue University with a concentration in healthcare.
