Description:

This award provides funding to the City of Mount Airy for clearing, grading, and other site preparation of a 16-acre lot in the Westwood Industrial Park. The city anticipates that completion of the project would result in 200 jobs over two phases with average annual wages of $45,000, and $75 million in private capital investment.
