Description:

This grant provides funding to the Town of Siler City for water treatment plant improvements to increase water production capacity of the plant. The optimized water production will supply water to new and expanding industry, including Mountaire Farms which needs additional capacity for its expansion, and to the CAM Mega Site. The increased capacity will also allow the City to produce sufficient water to serve other industrial sites.
