Description:

The purpose of this grant is to extend the Town of Pollocksville’s sewer main under the planned US Highway 17 bypass. By installing this infrastructure prior to construction of the highway, the Town will save significant costs. Once the bypass is completed, the necessary utility infrastructure will be in place to attract and accommodate new businesses. Golden LEAF funds will be used for construction and related costs.
